What is the purpose of MedThink Connect?

Simply put, MedThink Connect exists to keep you connected to your external advisors around the clock. Its virtual environment offers your advisors and other experts a direct, efficient, and convenient way to provide critical input no matter where they are—reducing the need for additional meetings and conference calls and saving you time and money.

Will MedThink Connect replace in-person meetings?

MedThink Connect is not intended to entirely replace your traditional face-to-face advisory board meetings, roundtables, forums, or investigator meetings. Instead, it provides a portal to collaborate with experts between those meetings, allowing you to continually gain feedback from your advisors in a more cost-effective and timely manner.

Who uses MedThink Connect?

Everyone. For example, your marketing team can use MedThink Connect to gather feedback from key opinion leaders, sales teams, and focus groups on marketing materials and market research. Your scientific teams can get new guidance on scientific news, case studies, and research findings and input on clinical study protocols.

Where will MedThink Connect store my data and other information?

MedThink Connect stores all of its information on a secure server hosted within your own corporate network or on Rackspace, one of the most secure and reliable data centers in the world.

Will I have to install complicated software?

No. Only a Web browser is needed to use MedThink Connect. MedThink Connect is a secure Web-based application that can be accessed from anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to the Internet.

What does the demo involve?

MedThink Communications uses GoToMeeting, a popular online Web conferencing software, for all of our demos. All you need is a computer with a Web browser, Internet access, and approximately 30 minutes.
